Please find attached the MAP test for BCC members

The test is located in 7 consecutive days so that you don't need to move the days - you just choose the day you want and do the test

NOTE that the test will work off the FTP you have set in TP or inside Zwift (or other online app)

Watch the video inside TP and other supporting videos inside BCC to understand what to do if you are changing the power values
