Plan Description

Love the idea of training on Zwift and want to take your performance to the next level but are time conscious with other life commitments? Then this 6 week plan is for you!

This is all about getting the work done quickly and effectively. These sessions are designed to be testing but with clear goals and outcomes in mind. It's intensity based meaning we're chasing quality efforts here not arduous amounts of repeated efforts.

The plan incorporates a lot of over under and variable power intervals meaning your amount of effort is changing often which helps starve off boredom. This means the few times you sit at constant power for a longer duration it has a purpose with a clear goal in mind.

The sessions are designed and created to be exported for Zwift but can be used with any smart trainer or garmin/wahoo head unit.

Feedback and communication via email are encouraged as I'm always wanting to make plans better and more effective meaning you're getting better results.
