Plan Description
Welcome to the Brite Coaching Launch Plan for multiport or cycling athletes.
This block is 8-week in duration. The training plan will not only guide you in cycling & cross training activities for the next several months but it will absolutely give your life the structure and progression needed to level up for next season.

Your only job is to do the work and commit to the consistency of training. You have ample options for cross training or different types of rides throughout the weeks.
We have included mobility, strength and aerobic development workouts in conjunction with nutrition prompts & recovery reminders.
We encourage you to have your Functional Threshold Power "FTP" accurately measured prior to beginning this plan and sync all your devices so there is no fumbling around once you get started.
While we will not be checking your files, please let us know how things are going for you and if you have questions along the way.
