Plan Description

The plan offers athletes 2 weekly workouts for the bike trainer - using Zwift or other platforms.
Cyclists can use this plan as their two key weekly workouts supported by endurance rides on the alternate days or multi-sport athletes can use these rides amongst their swim/run sessions. The plan is progressive with dynamic intervals in each sessions. You will gain such more tolerance and power from this plan. Ride times are 70-90mins in duration with final downtime. Get it done!
