Plan Description

Plano de prova de 12 semanas para atletas intermediarios ou voltando a treinar (minimo 1 anos de ciclismo) para prova longa de distancias com mais de 100km até 180km (Gran Fondo, L'Etape, etc). Carga de treino semanal vai de 4h até 8:00h de treino na semana de pico. Semanas 4 e 8 são regenerativas com menos volume e intensidade para a musculatura descansar e sedimentar o esforço de treino. Semana 10 é o pico do treino. Semana 11 polimento e semana 12 preparação pré prova.
Importante fazer o teste de 20 minutos no dia inicial para o sistema definir suas zonas de treino e atribuir os pontos de stress para cada treino corretamente. No treino tem as explicações de como fazer e como atualizar o sistema. Se tiver duvidas mende email para krauseralf@hotmail.com
Importante: Os treinos são feitos em zonas cardíacas porem alguns relogios ou fitas cardíacas podem apresentar variações. Para isso todos os treinos tem explicação de percepção de esforço (leve/facil, moderado, forte e sprint) e tambem quantificados de 0 a 10, onde esforço 5 é muito facil, 6 = leve, 7 = moderado, 8 = forte, 9 = muito forte e 10 = sprint ou 100% de força total. Não se prenda aos valores cardiacos para fazer o treino. Se todos os seus treinos tiverem acima das cargas propostas, refaça o teste de 20 min pois possivelmente seu FTP evoluiu (como esperado).
Esse treino pode ser usado para provas de até 2 dias de ciclismo com percusos com por volta de 100k ou acima de 100k em dias não consecutivos.
