Goals and Abilities


This program is designed to help you achieve peak performance in a Gran Fondo. The training volume ranges from 8 to 12 hours per week, incorporating advanced workouts and power-based intervals to enhance your endurance, speed, and overall cycling efficiency.

  • High-performance road bike.

  • Indoor trainer for bad weather days.
