About This Plan


This plan is designed to get you ready for your best Paris to Ancaster yet! It is 13 weeks long and starts in late January. The first week is about getting started with following a plan and a few baseline efforts.

Consummate Athletes are big on preparation so we have included reminders about preparation, bike setup and critical event specific workouts to ensure you are ready to thrive on race day mentally and physically.

We have had athletes use this for all 3 distances at the Paris to Ancaster, the Cento (110 kilometres), the Classic (70), the Breve (45). You could consider our made for you plan (see below) if you have bold goals or a variable schedule.


It includes guidance for power, heart rate and RPE. It is ideal to use all 3 but you can use any of the 3 and still have great success.



Is This Plan For You?


It is appropriate for riders who have raced and trained before but you do not need to be a serious pro. It is designed for busy people who have 5-8 hours of training most weeks with some flexibility to do more for a couple of weekends. The peak week is ~12 hours with options to extend or shorten workouts based on your schedule and your race goals.

This plan is set to end on the event weekend so can not be applied to other weekends. BUT we do have other plans you can use for gravel races. (See all of our plans here )



What Does It Include?



  • P2A Event Specific guidance for preparing for this demanding point to point spring race

  • Structured Workout Downloads are included for *most* bike workouts ( for Garmin / Zwift Etc )

  • The first 2 months include for more indoor oriented workouts but all can be done outside.

  • Core routine and 1-2 weekly yoga sessions are provided and encouraged throughout the plan

  • Workout Description with HR, Power and/or RPE - Flexible to your equiptment and preferences

  • Guidance to shorten or extend workouts to match your schedule, goals & fitness
