At HP3 our coaching is much more than simply writing a training plan. You don't hire a singular coach, you hire a TEAM. We provide a comprehensive service with your training plan, which also includes support from our sports psychologist, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach. My own personal area of expertise is working with athletes who have been struggling with illness or injury and returning them to peak performance, particularly the longer distance events.

I am a sports physiotherapist, university lecturer and endurance coach, with over 20yrs experience working with beginners through to international & Olympic athletes from a multitude of sports. Coupled with nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition 1), Strength & Conditioning, Retül Bike Fit (IBFI 4), British Triathlon level2 and British Athletics Coach in Running Fitness, I can help you return to, or realise your potential. This coupled with my own experience as an athlete returning to competition after serious trauma places me in a unique position to help guide and coach athletes back to peak performance following injuries or layoffs. I have been racing for 30years+ from 1500m track to 100mile+ trail and mountain races, sprint triathlons through to Ironman, including winning and setting records at 100k and 100mile trail races. My current personal focus is ultra trail racing, and I'm fortunate to be sponsored by Scarpa, Sidas, Precision Fuel&Hydration and Supernatural Fuel.

I have coached athletes working towards their first 5k or their first marathon, through to elite runners and triathletes’ competing on the world stage. As a university researcher in physiotherapy & biomechanics, I am passionate about taking cutting edge research and applying it to our athletes in the field.
