Sarah Seads is a Practicing Exercise Kinesiologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Kriya Yoga Pranayama Teacher and Meditation Coach. She has been working and playing in the strength, rehabilitation and endurance arena for at least 30+ years. As an athlete, Sarah Seads continues to play, race and compete in the mountains of Vancouver Island, Canada and across the Planet. Sarah's main passions in sport are Mountain Ultra Running, Mountain Biking & Mountaineering at the current time.

Coach Sarah's Training Plans Include but are not limited to:

  • Advanced prescription exercise targeted to specific race and distance performance goals.
  • Specialized Mind Game techniques to blast through relentless limits in mental and physical performance.
  • Education. The bits and pieces you need to accept the results you seek.
  • Meditations to lead you into a deeply restorative state of being. These states direct your own visioning, accelerate your bodies healing and quantum (AKA experience a future timeline in the present) train for the performance of your dreams.
