I am a British Triathlon High Performing Coach who specialises in helping athletes complete their first IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 event. I started training in triathlon in 2012 with very little background in any of the sports to boost my self esteem. I soon became addicted to the daily training regime, and in 2016 decided to leave the film industry to pursue a career as a triathlon coach, helping those taking up the sport as an adult to find their feet. I still compete myself, regularly getting on the podium, and occasionally taking the top step.

I specialise in helping athletes prepare for their first Ironman or Ironman 70.3 event, helping them learn what to prioritise, fine tune their diet, get their training balance right, reduce injury risk and ensure they continue enjoy the sport without it feeling like a second job.
