Peter Glassford is a full-time Chartered Professional Cycling Coach specializing in off-road cycling disciplines including mountain bike, gravel and cyclocross. He's also a Registered Kinesiologist and has been coaching since 2000.

Along with author Molly Hurford, he operates Consummate Athlete:a website, podcast and coaching business that helps busy adult athletes balance life and big adventures by focusing on Consistency, Confidence, Cross-training and Community!

Peter Glassford is a full time Chartered Professional Cycling Coach and Registered Kinesiologist who has been coaching since 2000. He's also a longtime mountain biker and national champion in XCO.

The athletes he works with are mostly busy adults with goals ranging from better health to competing in the local group rides to finishing Ultra-Endurance Events like Unbound and Leadville to achieving International Podiums.

Peter has raced MTB, road & cyclocross, downhill. He has been provincial and national champion and been a consistently top 10 national level rider in the elite field. He has completed big races like Leadville 100, Ironman Canada, Running Marathons and many XC/XCO and Cyclocross races around the world. Now in his forties with a wife and a dachshund as well as a full-time career, he's adept at understanding the needs of busy masters racers juggling work, life and training!
