Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Paul grew up playing soccer and tennis through high school. In college, he started to party a lot, and began to get really out of shape. In 2005, Paul decided to make a life change where he moved to Las Vegas to join the Nevada Army National Guard, as a reservist. After Basic Combat Training and AIT, spent some time at the National Training Center near Death Valley with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment.

Paul now coaches with QT2 Systems and Outrival racing.

Paul spent the remainder of his "active" time with the National Guard recruiting, while at the same time racing at events for the National Guard Marathon & Biathlon team, also racing triathlon for Nevada's recruiting battalion.

After 8 years of service, Paul resigned from the full time duty with the National Guard and made the full time commitment to coaching athletes full time. His dedication and passion to coaching has lead to his athletes at all levels achieving new personal records on a consistent basis.

Paul is passionate about everything he does. He loves to help people achieve their athletic goals.
