Mountain Bike Coaching and Training Plans. My name is Drew Edsall, I am a mountain bike head coach with Mtbfitness.com and also a former professional mountain biker. My name is Drew Edsall, I am a mountain bike head coach with Mtbfitness and a former professional mountain biker. My specialty is mountain bike coaching and I offer individual one on one coaching, technical skills coaching, consulting, and mountain bik training plans.

Here in Training Peaks, I have many training plans available for riders of all levels to choose from. You choose your category, race distance and goals to decide on the best plan for you. I am available at anytime during your training plan to answer questions via email. If you are interested in a more Custom Plan, we do offer Custom Mountain Bike Specific training plans on Mtbfitness.com .

I have had the pleasure of coaching many of the top riders in the World in all age categories including a Pan Am Games Gold Medal Champion in 2016, U23 Silver Medalist, multiple National / State Champions / Collegiate Champions. Riders I currently work with range in age and ability levels from a Pan Am Games Gold Medalist Pro rider, to the mountain biker looking for his/her first State or National Title.
