I work with triathletes, duathletes, runners, swimmers and endurance cyclists from first-timers to elites.

One-on-one premium level-$350 per 4-week block +$200 start-up fee; Quarterly level- $500 per 12-week block +$200 start-up fee; Basic level-$225 per 12-week block +$175 start-up fee; pre-built plans (prices vary); hourly phone consultation & individual training sessions available. I have been a professional coach for over 30-years and have specialized in working with endurance athletes for the past 20. I have a B.S. in Allied Health Sciences and M.Ed. in Athletic Administration and hold coaching certifications of Level-III & Youth and Junior from USA Triathlon. I work with triathletes, duathletes, cyclists, swimmers and runners of all abilities, from first-timers to elites. My coaching philosophy is to “do the least amount of the most specific training at the appropriate time.” This alleviates the junk miles that can often lead to over-training and over-use injuries. I bring a wealth of personal competitive experience to my coaching; and as a wife, mother and business owner I am aware of the delicate balance required to develop a satisfying athletic commitment within the day-to-day essential framework of my clients' busy lives.
