Hi, I’m Jen Coppock, and I’m here to help you move better, stay strong, and achieve your goals. With a focus on biomechanics and injury prevention, I specialise in helping athletes improve performance while staying injury-free. As a Level 4 Biomechanics Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, I design personalised, holistic plans tailored to your unique needs.

My passion for injury prevention comes from personal experience. After suffering a severe patella dislocation and ACL tear, I rebuilt my strength through cycling and triathlon. This journey taught me the importance of proper training and rehabilitation, and I’ve since dedicated my coaching career to helping others avoid the setbacks I faced.

I’m currently completing a degree in Sports Injury Rehabilitation, which enables me to offer prehab and rehab services. Whether you’re training for a race or recovering from an injury, my goal is to help you push your limits without fear. I also offer access to my private gym, providing a personalised training environment for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.

I believe training should be enjoyable and tailored to you. With a focus on biomechanics, mental strength, and personalised coaching, I’ll help you achieve your goals while improving your body’s movement patterns for long-term success.
