With nearly 15 years’ of collective coaching experience and a solid scientific basis, we create resources and offer guidance to help you optimise your fell, trail and ultra-running training and performance.

We provide a variety of options to suit your budget and support needs, ranging from pre-built plans, to consultations and 1-2-1 coaching. We always strive to provide the highest level of service, with a high attention to detail and customer service.

Emma has extensive experience coaching athletes in both running and cycling disciplines.

She is a qualified sports nutritionist, and trained in anthropometry (the measurement of body composition). She is also a keen fell and trail runner with nearly two-decades of running experience, having competed both in the UK and abroad, and finishing 7th at the British Trail Running Championships 2023 (Middle Distance).

She has a strong scientific and quantitative background, which she applies to her coaching practice, holding a PhD in population health modelling, a Masters’ Degree in sports nutrition and physiology, and an undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Oxford. 

Emma has also consulted with and written for numerous reputable print and online publications on the topics of training and coaching science, as well as authoring several popular books on training physiology and nutrition.
