Certified UESCA Running Coach.
I am not just a runner and coach but also a thinker who combines theory and praxis to help both beginners and experienced runners achieve their goals. What matters most to me is not only reaching existing goals but setting and attaining new ones.

Apart from my passion for running, I hold a master's degree in philosophy and bring this into my coaching practice, integrating insights from philosophy and psychology into the foundation of the Greenmoor Running Method.

Thomas have been running since before he can remember. In his late teens he switch form sprints to long distance. He has since become more focused on the scientific aspects of running and an avid reader of scientific research on running.
Apart from his passion of running he has a master in philosophy of education, and lectured in developmental psychology at psychology departments at university. He applies his knowledge and insights in philosophy and psychology to the praxis of coaching, which is the foundation of the Greenmoor Running Method.
A runner, coach and thinker, he combines theory and praxis to help beginners and experienced runners to reach their goals, and more importantly, to set and reach new goals.
