My coaching aim is to provide effective sport science base training programmes and support to help athletes of all levels to perform at their peak and achieve their goals.

I have a masters degree in exercise physiology, from Otago University. I combine my 6 years of university study with over 8 years practical experience work with athletes and competing as an individual to create innovative individualised training programmes and advice. I provide elite training services to everyday athletes from beginner to elite, no matter what your sport and no matter what your goal.
