As an RRCA Level 1 certified training coach, I specialize in half and full marathon training plans. I have been running ever since I was in high school for track and cross country, and discovered a passion for half and full marathons after running my first half in 2012 and first full in 2013. I have helped many find a passion for running and my belief is that the sport should be accessible to all. No matter your pace, time, or distance goals, I want to help you reach them!
My love for running began in high school. After moving to a brand new school and not making the volleyball team, I found cross country. Running certainly did not come easily to me, but I finally had a place where I belonged. Race day always left me anxious, stressed, but so excited and I couldn't get enough of the post race runner's high. High school was all about cross country and mid/long distance track when it came to running. It wasn't until after college that I suddenly felt the urge to welcome running back into my life whole heartedly. I moved to a completely new state where I didn't know a single soul and I needed something else outside of work to keep me going. After getting new friends to sign up for various 5ks and 10ks with me, it was time for a half marathon. The training was tough, but it somehow left me with the desire to achieve a seemingly impossible goal. 26.2 miles. I cherish every race and training cycle, but one of my favorite parts of being in love with running is sharing that love with others. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my friends and family discover the love for running that I discovered. This inspired me to get my RRCA Level I certification in August of 2018. I have completed 6 marathons over the years, which includes the Vermont City Marathon, the Philadelphia Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, and the New York City Marathon. I enjoy running all year long in the seacoast region of New Hampshire. I hope to be able to help you achieve your goals!
