Triatlón Olímpico para intermedios a avanzados


Natación: 1500m, Ciclismo: 40km, Running: 10km


👉 Método: polarizado
👉 Fortalecimiento: protocolo para aumentar fuerza máxima
👉 Duración: 19 semanas (14 de base + 3 específicas + 1 taper + 1 carrera)
👉 Horas: Entre 7 y 12 horas por semana en la semana pico
👉 Recuperación: 1 semana cada 3 semanas

🏊‍♂️ Natación (pace / ritmo): 3-4 veces por semana incluyendo trabajos de velocidad, umbral y aeróbicos. Los entrenos se sincronizan con Garmin.
🚴🏻‍♂️ Ciclismo (potencia): 3-4 veces por semana incluyendo 2 entrenamientos de calidad en umbral o VO2max o anaeróbico + un fondo aeróbico con T2
🏃🏻‍♂️ Pedestrismo (pace / ritmo): 2-4 veces por semana incluyendo una T2 y un fondo.
🏋️ Gimnasio / Fortalecimiento: 2-3 veces por semana. Protocolo enfocado en desarrollar fuerza máxima, la cual se traslada a los deportes de resistencia
