This 15-week Full Distance Triathlon plan is built for time-crunched beginners who want to train effectively without wasting hours on unnecessary volume.
It features power-based workouts for the bike and the run, while swim workouts use a mix of pace and RPE—ensuring that every session is focused and purposeful.
Using a cyclical non-linear periodisation model, the plan progressively builds fitness while keeping fatigue in check, so you can maximise gains in limited time and arrive on race day strong and confident.
