The swim at Busselton is calm and protected—ideal for beginners. You’ll begin with simple, instructional swim drills to help you feel comfortable in the water, even if you’ve never swum laps before. With consistent guidance, you'll go from unsure to confident, stroke by stroke.

🚴 Train for a Fast, Forgiving Bike Course
Western Australia’s flat, scenic bike route is perfect for new triathletes. Our plan builds you up gradually with heart-rate–based rides that improve endurance, strength, and pacing without burning you out. You’ll learn how to fuel properly and ride smart—all while building the stamina to finish strong.

🏃 Master the Run, One Step at a Time
You don’t need to run fast to succeed. With structured jog/run intervals, you'll build aerobic strength and mental resilience. The two-loop run along the vibrant Busselton Foreshore will feel like a victory lap after months of supportive, consistent training.
