This is a 16 week 70.3 Plan that is geared towards intermediate and advanced athletes.

We will work through three different phases of training to ensure you are prepared to be Fast and Strong!
Phase #1: SPEED and VO2 MAX where we focus on getting your speed and ceiling UP. This phase will also make the rest of the training easier! You will se track sessions and Zone 5 biking and swimming! Getting on the podium requires SPED! You have to be FAST!
Phase #2: VOLUME. Now we layer in more volume to reduce your VLaMax and get you very good at burning fat for fuel. We will do alot of Zone 2 and Low Cadence Tempo riding as well as alot of threshold running! WE develop the speed, and now we are extending the speed.
Phase #3: RACE SPECIFIC. This is when we dial in more race pace work, running off the bike, and race fueling. Longer repeats around your race intensity that will give you the confidence to go fast on race day!
Each phase has a longer SIMULATION DAY where you will go through the pre race routine with rest, pre race tune ups, and a long swim, bike, and run to prepare your body and mind for the race demands.
