The swim takes place in the calm, warm waters (73°F / 23°C) off Reef Island. Our plan builds your open-water confidence through video-guided drills and interval sets that mimic the demands of the L-shaped, one-loop swim. You'll enter race day already familiar with the effort and focus needed to navigate this type of course smoothly.
✅ Bike-Ready for Bahrain's Fast, Scenic Roads
With a single-loop 90 km bike course that passes landmarks like the World Trade Centre and Bahrain International Circuit, you’ll need stamina, pacing, and handling skills. Our plan gradually increases cycling volume and intensity using heart rate and RPE to fine-tune your endurance and race-day power. Long rides and structured intervals simulate the fast, flat nature of Bahrain’s bike leg.

The 21.1 km run unfolds across four loops between Reef Island and the Financial Harbour—ideal for spectators, but mentally challenging for athletes.
