Plan Description
The goal of this plan is to set up a foundation of aerobic endurance in primarily cycling, whilst allowing time to develop technique in swimming and running.
This plan will build progressively at a rate that does not shock the body, and will in turn give confidence to the athlete in exercising regularly without losing motivation towards a long term goal.
