This iconic race begins with a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim at Pennington Flash Country Park, followed by a challenging 56-mile (90 km) bike ride featuring two hilly loops and 840m of climbing, then wraps with a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run through Bolton Town Centre and Queen’s Park, where roaring crowds fuel every stride.
