Set against the backdrop of Northern Idaho's rugged beauty, the Half Distance Triathlon Coeur d’Alene is as demanding as it is breathtaking. With a 1.2-mile swim in the crisp, clear waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene, a 56-mile bike featuring 2,644 ft of climbing through hilly terrain, and a rolling 13.1-mile two-loop run, this race rewards preparation—and punishes the unprepared.

Our Intermediate 24-Week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is specifically designed to prepare you for these exact conditions. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or an Age Group podium, this plan is your blueprint for success.
