The Half Distance Triathlon Elsinore offers a race experience like no other — starting with a 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim in the historic Elsinore Harbour beneath the walls of Kronborg Castle. You’ll then ride a fast, scenic 90 km bike course through Northern Sealand’s coastline and countryside, followed by a 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run through the vibrant, spectator-filled streets of Elsinore.

This 44-week Intermediate Training Plan is built specifically for athletes like you who want to show up on race day prepared, confident, and strong — without needing a massive fitness base to start.
