Swim Course:
- Distance: 1.9 km (1.2 miles)
- Location: Crystal-clear Obersee, right next to the stadium
- Course: Clockwise loop with buoys on your right
Wetsuits: Mandatory for temperatures up to 18.9ยฐC

Bike Course:
- Distance: 90 km (56 miles), two thrilling loops
- Route: Explore the picturesque hills near Obersee, passing Rickengebiet via Neuhaus and Goldingen. Enjoy a scenic return via Eschenbach and Schmerikon.

Run Course:
- Distance: 21.1 km, two exciting loops
- Route: Run along the serene lake bank to the medieval city center. Conquer the legendary "Stairway to Heaven" with 112 steps and continue along the enchanting Riviera to the exhilarating finish line.
