This race is not just scenic—it’s demanding. From the 1.9 km single-loop swim in Elk Lake, to the 90 km bike ride featuring over 3,000 feet of elevation, to the 21.1 km double-loop run on forested trails—this event requires serious preparation. That’s where our plan comes in.
