🏞️ Welcome to the Half Distance Triathlon Kraichgau—Germany’s ultimate test of strength and stamina through the region’s breathtaking hills, pristine lakes, and vibrant triathlon culture.

Swim. Bike. Run. Kraichgau.

You’ll kick off your race with a 1.9 km swim in the crystal-clear Hardtsee, where calm waters and 73°F (23°C) temps make for perfect conditions. The 90 km bike course brings the “land of 1000 hills” to life with over 1000 meters of climbing through lush forests and vineyards. Finally, power through a 21.1 km run on a flat, fast, three-lap course through Bad Schönborn’s redesigned Kurpark, with the support of one of Germany’s most passionate triathlon communities.

Our 44-Week Beginner Training Plan is built for athletes just like you—whether you're new to triathlon or stepping up to the Half Distance for the first time. We remove the guesswork and deliver a proven system that prepares your body and mind for race day in Kraichgau.
