Prepare to conquer the stunning and challenging Half Distance Triathlon Alcudia Mallorca with a smart, structured, and athlete-focused six-month training plan built specifically for beginners. Set on the breathtaking island of Alcúdia-Mallorca, Spain, this race features a 1.9 km swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, a scenic and hilly 90 km bike ride through the Mallorcan countryside, and a flat, fast 21.1 km run through the heart of Alcúdia.

This race demands more than motivation—it requires a proven training approach designed to get you to the start line prepared and to the finish line strong.

Over six months, you’ll steadily build fitness, confidence, and endurance—starting with 7 hours in week one and peaking at 12 hours per week by week 19.
