Train for the 1.2-mile swim in warm, current-free waters by focusing on swim form, breathing rhythm, and open-water comfort. Technique-focused drills and structured swim sessions help you build efficiency and endurance so you can start strong and stay calm.

Prepare for Cap Cana’s fast 56-mile bike course—80% of which is on a smooth two-lane highway—with progressive rides that build power and endurance. Interval training based on Heart Rate and RPE ensures you can maintain speed while staying within your limits in tropical conditions.

🏃‍♂️ Scenic Run Strength
The 13-mile flat run through Cap Cana’s lush landscapes and vibrant marina demands both pacing strategy and heat adaptation. Our training helps you develop steady running fitness with brick workouts and pacing drills to thrive even when the temperature hits 89°F (32°C).
