Plan Description

This Half Distance Triathlon plan for intermediate athletes offers power-based structured workouts for the bike sessions, heart rate-based structured workouts for the run sessions, and a combination of pace and RPE for the swim sessions.

This plan uses a cyclical non-linear periodisation model with each week building on the preceding weeks.

We value variety, like to keep your plans interesting, and consider efficient movement patterns to be more important than simply hitting the right physiological zones, and this plan has been written to achieve these goals.
