Dieser Plan ist für die Vorbereitung auf eine lange LongDistanz Triathlon Saison ausgerichtet. Der Fokus liegt bei zwei Schwimmeinheiten in Woche. Es gibt zwei freie Tage in dem der Fokus auf die Faszien und auf die Beweglichkeit gelegt wird. Durch leichtes Yogatraining. Das Laufen, Radfahren wird mit niedriger Intensität durchgeführt um ohne Verletzungen nach einer Trainingspause wieder in Training zu finden.
