Natación: 1900m, Ciclismo: 90km, Running: 21.1km


Válido para mejorar la distancia olímpica también

👉 Método: polarizado
👉 Duración: 13 semanas (incluye una semana al comienzo para hacer testeos y definir zonas + 12 semanas de plan)
♻️ Reutilizable: El plan se puede reutilizar las veces que quieras. Puedes ejecutar este plan para una carrera y volver a aplicarlo en una fecha futura. El plan se adaptará según tu fitness, por lo que nunca será más fácil o difícil (sólo irás más rápido 💪)

Distribución por disciplina


🏊‍♂️ Natación (ritmo): 3 veces por semana incluyendo trabajos de velocidad, umbral y aeróbicos. Los entrenos se sincronizan con Garmin.
🚴🏻‍♂️ Ciclismo (potencia): 3 veces por semana incluyendo 2 entrenamientos de calidad en umbral o VO2max o anaeróbico + un fondo aeróbico con T2
🏃🏻‍♂️ Pedestrismo (ritmo): 4 veces por semana incluyendo una T2 y un fondo.
