Plan Description

This is a 24 weeks comprehensive training plan for a Half Distance Triathlon.
Requirements:
Basic swim knowledge. Basic basic Cycling knowledge. Basic basic running shape. This plan is suitable for someone who's moderately active. Better suited for someone who's new to this distance. I highly recommend you include at least an Olympic Distance race before doing this plan or during this plan before you do your 1st 70.3 distance. If you execute this plan, you will be able to complete your Half Distance in a very strong fashion.
