Plan Description
This is how you build up performance after a base phase. Enjoy the beauty and fun of triathlon!
Find and download your full triathlon plan for 4 weeks for intermediates including not only bike and run, but also proper strength, swim and mobility/flexibility training. Strength trainings can be done at home or at the gym.
Bike Trainings are based on FTP Zones and can be implemented into Zwift. Run trainings are based on HR zones. All trainings will be matched with your Garmin if your connection is set up properly. Simply use your watch and start each training!
