Plan Description
Lørdager består av programmets “nøkkeløkter” og vil gi god avkastning på konkurransedagen.
Nøkkeløkten er progressiv, hvor svømmingen alltid foregår i rolig tempo (fokus på teknikk). Syklingen skal kjøres med moderat
intensitet (sone 2), mens løpingen skal ligge oppunder terskel (typisk høy sone 3).
Søndagsøkten regnes som ren restitusjon. I hele perioden er det fokus på svømmeteknikk, mens formen og grunnlaget legges
gjennom syklingen og løpingen. Prøv og få til 1-2 styrkeøkter i uken (kjernemuskulatur). Dette treningsprogrammet krever mye
av deg. Dropp styrkeøktene og enkelte hardøkter om du føler deg sliten.
Viktig den siste uken: Spis og drikk godt. Hvil og ta det med ro. Føler du deg sliten før en økt, er det helt OK og stå over denne.
Målet er å få overskudd og være 100 % restituert før konkurransen eller neste treningsbolk
