Plan Description
The intermediate hybrid programme is for the athlete who either is completing this distance for the first time and is confident in their abilities or for the athlete who has already completed a number of triathlon's before and is looking to improve their ability for the Middle/Half distance. This programme will allow any athlete to complete their training and Middle/Half Distance Triathlon safely, healthily and confidently.
Depending on your current ability, you should look to complete a minimum of six hours a week of exercise for four to six weeks before starting this programme.
