Plan Description

As Triathletes, we not only have to manage three vastly different sports, yet we still need variety in our training to keep our motivation high. A lot of athletes also tend to hop in a pool and swim continuous laps at the same pace each session. To improve your pace, you need to train across the variety of zones. This program includes a Critical Swim Speed Test to allow athletes to determine their threshold value and therefore allowing you to specifically target your personalised zones. The program provides 30 easy to follow swimming sessions specific for Triathletes and you individually.

These sessions can be catered and adjusted from intermediate to advanced athletes. Athletes should be comfortable to swim at least 1000m continuously. Sessions range from 2000m to 4000m.

Equipment Required: Pull Buoy, Kick Board, Fins, Hand Paddles, Band.

We cater for athletes of all ages who are beginning their endurance/multisport journey, chasing their personal bests or trying to qualify for World Championships.
