Auf in die Sonne - Freue dich auf ein schönes Trainingslager im Süden

7 Tage Trainingslager im Frühjahr

Umfang circa 19-20h. Den größten Umfang machen die Rad LIT-Einheiten aus.
In der zweiten Woche kommen durch die Königetappe 1-2h hinzu. Hinweise stehen in der Einheit.

Intensitätsverteilung:
LIT ( Niedrig intensives Training) = 92 %
MIT (mittel intensives Training) = 5%
HIIT (hoch intensives Training) = 2-3%

Ernährungsempfehlungen sind in den Einheiten enthalten und sollten so umgesetzt werden!
