I began as a swim coach many years ago, and began coaching multisport athletes in the last 6 years. I have prepared athletes for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and Full Ironman distances. I also coach for a local triathlon club, a Masters swim team and have trained athletes for half marathon full marathon and ultramarathon events. I offer gait analysis and underwater filming to help you improve your technique, and strength training to prevent injury. I'd love to join you on your journey!
