Plan Description

5 týdenní tréninkový program zakončený plaveckým CCS testem, cyklistickým FTP testem a běžeckým ANP testem. Tréninkový program je zaměřený k nastartování výkonnosti s následným testováním. Vhodné vložit v průběhu základního období, ale ne úplně na začátek tréninku po odpočinku... Díky menší dotaci hodin cyklistiky, doporučuji zařadit program v zimních měsících. Tréninky jsou zaměřené vzrůst výkonnosti směrem k závěrečným testům. Tréninky nastavuji podle pocitu (RPE), tempa, Wattů a tepové frekvence. Většinou je možnost si vybrat podle čeho se chceme v tréninku řídit. Proto je program vhodný i pro ty, co nemají wattmetr, ani hrudní pás. Každopádně jsou tyto nástroje velikou výhodou.
