Plan Description
Introducing our 12-Week gym based Strength Program, designed specifically for endurance athletes.
This program combines strength training with endurance principles, offering a perfect supplement to your running, cycling, and swimming regimen.
With three 45 min workouts per week, you'll focus on building strength, stability, and overall performance without the risk of stagnation.
This program includes 18 unique strength workouts, each repeated twice to ensure progressive improvement and to prevent boredom or overuse of repetitive movements.
Endurance sports often involve repetitive motion, so we've crafted this program to engage both your body and mind, challenging you in new ways and enhancing overall movement patterns.
While some workouts don't specify exact weight ranges, we encourage you to implement progressive overload. For example, if you start with 5kg on a bicep curl, aim to increase the weight by 0.5kg or 1kg each time. The same approach applies to all exercises, ensuring continued growth and development.
Please note that machine-based exercises don't have instructional videos, but rest assured, all gym machines are equipped with clear instructions.
This is also the perfect plan to keep you going for a long time. Since the workouts are varied you can literally do these 18 workouts for the rest of your life, as long as you apply progressive overload on the lifting sections
