Comprehensive Training Plan Overview

Phase 1: Extensive Training (Weeks 1-4)
Start with four weeks of extensive training aimed at enhancing your aerobic capacity and endurance. Longer rides and steady-state efforts dominate this phase, helping you to build the stamina necessary for long-distance cycling. This phase sets the stage for the more intense efforts to come.

Phase 2: Intensive Training (Weeks 5-8)
