Plan Description

This training plan created by Dutch Diesel cycling will get you ready for the Death Ride in Markleeville CA.

This training plan is power based where we target an amount training stress (TSS) on a weekly basis managed by volume and/or intensity. The plan starts with the first two weeks of preparation, which includes a week of structured testing to establish FTP and your power curve. This plan is using a combination of indoor structured workouts and outdoor event simulation and base mile rides. The structured workouts can of course be done outside also.
