Plan Description
12 week BASE Training Plan to boost your aerobic conditioning and increase your resistance to fatigue. You will gradually build increased tolerances to the accumulation of lactic acid during these progressive workouts.
The 12 weeks are broken down into 3 phases with each phase based over 4 weeks. You will have a build, push and stretch phase before you recover.
We test at the start and at end plus we also have some decoupling sessions. One in the middle and one at the end.
The plan has over 90 mins of coach video support to guide you through the training.
