This 8-week plan has been designed to include 2 workouts per week, containing 4 key exercises in each session. The workouts provide minimal equipment, meaning they can potentially be performed at home.
The programme progresses gradually over the course of the 8 weeks, in terms of reps and weight. Do make sure you don't overdo this progression, and if at any point it feels too much, please drop the weight or reps back down.
