Plan Description

This 8 week plan is designed for endurance athletes who would like to incorporate strength training into their program. This plan includes coach email support.

Recommended equipment for the strength and mobility portion of this plan are: foam roller, small to medium dumbbells or kettlebells, exercise bands, stability ball, foam roller, and a bench or step that is stable and supports your weight when you step and stand on it.

A typical week will include two strength training sessions and two foam rolling and stretching sessions. Every fourth week will allow some recovery. There will still be strength training, but it will focus more on core exercises and muscle activation to allow your body to recover and adapt to the work you've done in the previous weeks.

Each training plan will include a Training Manual. The training manual will include instructions on how to use your zones that you'll use for your warm up, tips on choosing a resistance level, and links to meditations. The training plan also includes video links to all strength, mobility, and stretching exercises.
